The journey of our company began in 1978, the year the first floating dock was installed in the prestigious setting of the port of Santa Margherita Ligure. Our mission has always been to take care of every vessel with dedication and expertise, turning simple technical assistance into a tailored service designed to ensure safety, efficiency and peace of mind for every client who entrusts their hull to our care.

In 2000 the two companies merged into a single entity and continued, integrating their respective activities. We consolidated our relationship with Cartello Srl of Carasco, exclusive importer and distributor of the Yanmar brand in Italy, thus becoming dealers for the provinces of Genoa and La Spezia for Yanmar engines, spare parts and Nakashima propellers. We currently produce, in addition to traditional displacement gozzos, semi-planing versions that nonetheless retain the aesthetic characteristics of the traditional design with higher performance.
